About Megan & The Snuggly Spirit Blanket Shop

Hi! I’m Megan Tatum, a proud Saint Louis native and Visitation Academy graduate. Volleyball has been a huge part of my life — I played at the high school, collegiate, and even professional level in both indoor and beach volleyball.

Today, I’m a wife, a dog mom to two, and a mom to four beautiful children. In 2017, I was diagnosed with a chronic pain condition called CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome). Even though my hand is often in pain, I knew I had to keep using it — not just to stay strong, but to do something meaningful and close to my heart.

That’s when my business was born. I started knitting cozy, handmade blankets to bring comfort, warmth, and joy to others. My mission is to create high-quality, spirit-filled blankets that let you show off your school or team pride — whether you’re cheering from the  stands, decorating your bedroom, gifting a new student, or just staying warm on a chilly night.

We also provide fundraising opportunities by providing $10 back to the school or team of the fundraiser for every blanket sale. Contact us for more info as we would love to partner!
